Who is behind Pernile Corydon in Australia?
Pernille Corydon Jewellery is proudly imported exclusively by Pernille Corydon Australia, a separate division of Collated Pty Ltd (formerly hiPP.com.au) [a well known Australian curator of designer brands of Watches, Jewellery and Gift Lines]. Headed by husband and wife team, David and Debbie Faraday and a fantastic crew supporting the business in design, production, marketing, logistics, warehousing and financial control, the business operates out of large, modern high span warehouse in Moorabbin, Victoria. We have over 24 years manufacturing and wholesaling experience; use up to date logistics equipment and ERP|Accounting software; can fulfil any EDI and Scan Packing requirements; and we provide eInvoicing compatible with RetailEdge, DistributionMan, ARMS, POS Solutions, Tower Systems and EXCEL.
Above all else, at Pernille Corydon Australia, we pride ourselves on working closely with Independent Retailers and their customers, and offering good old fashioned personal Customer Service.
I’m an authorised Pernille Corydon Retailer in Australia. Can I use this website to order my stock online?
Yes, of course! The main reason we established this website is to enable our retail stockists to view our current catalogue at any time and place re-orders quickly and efficiently. The process is simple. First sign up for an online account on this webstore (Create account) which is effective immediately. Then email your store details and the email address you nominated when you opened the account to us at info@collated.com.au. From this, they will associate your webstore login with our in-house wholesale account for you, and will naturally apply your wholesale pricing when your orders come in. It’s that quick and simple.
Please note, when you place your orders online the pricing will appear to be at retail… Don’t worry, we will apply your wholesale pricing when we process your order and issue Tax Invoices accordingly.
What materials are used in Pernille Corydon Jewellery?
The jewellery of Pernille Corydon is all Sterling Silver with a minimum millesimal fineness of 925. Gold plating is of at least 18 carats. Some items have precious, semi-precious or synthetic stones. All products are nickle free.
How long will my Pernille Corydon Jewellery take to arrive to me once I order?
If we have your pieces in stock in our Australian warehouse, be assured we will pick|pack|despatch promptly, and please expect delivery via Express Post within a few business days. However, if your pieces have to be imported from Denmark, which we do around once a fortnight, it may be 2 to 3 weeks to your door from date of order, depending on when your order falls within our import cycle. You are always welcome to check with us on our stock levels of specific items by emailing us at info@collated.com.au or calling 03 9555 2222.
How do I care for and clean my Pernille Corydon Jewellery?
Jewellery will eventually wear down, the plating will wear off and the colour will become faint; the jewellery will turn dark and start to tarnish. This is unavoidable, since precious metals and platings react with oxygen in the air. Also, due to direct sunlight, jewellery displayed in windows or worn outdoors may become discoloured. It is important to note that the warranty does NOT cover discolouration.
However, the following guidelines will make your jewellery last longer:
Wear jewellery for appropriate tasks only. Avoid wearing jewellery when showering, swimming, sunbathing, cleaning, gardening or performing sports activities.
Always protect your jewellery from sharp blows, scratching, sunlight, humidity (including bathrooms) and extreme heat or cold. Do not let your jewellery come into contact with nail polish remover, perfume, hairspray, detergents, sea water, sweat and other chemicals.
Store your jewellery safely in a soft lined box or pouch. Try to keep your jewellery pieces apart when storing them.
Polish your jewellery regularly with a polishing cloth.
What is the Warranty?
All Pernille Corydon Jewellery comes with a 6 month warranty valid against manufacturing defects.
Pernille Corydon Australia will not be liable for any damage caused by any failure to maintain or care for the product properly (as described above).
Knowing our care instructions as above (or advising your customers of our care instructions if you are a retailer) is imperative as returns or exchanges will not be accepted for non-manufacturing faults.
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidents
- Mishandling including breakage due to rough handling of adjustable pieces
- Incorrect storage, display, contact with inappropriate chemicals and weather conditions
- Normal Wear & Tear
- Ageing & Natural Tarnishing/Colour Variation/Discolouration
What is the Warranty Process?
All warranty claims must first be discussed with our Customer Service Team at info@collated.com.au or +61 4 1220 0521. Do not send back products without approval by our team. If initially approved as a possible warranty issue, you will be issued with a Return Claim Number, and advised to return the product to be further assessed and then depending on the issue, you may be offered a repair, replacement or refund/credit (at our discretion) if the issue is found to be under warranty.
What if something goes wrong that isn’t covered by Guarantee or happens after the Guarantee has expired?
Our driving philosophy is to keep it moving, minimise disruption, build on the goodwill of Pernille Corydon with our retail partners and ultimate Pernille Corydon wearers. So while we cannot promise that we be able to offer a repair or to be able to source parts, we will always try to assist. Let us know the problem at info@collated.com.au or +61 4 1220 0521. If the piece in question can be repaired, our aim will be to give renewed life to your Pernille Corydon piece and to do so at a fair price that reflects the cost of freight, parts and labour but does NOT attempt to contribute to anyone’s retirement fund!
